The shareholders of Grosz Brothers Management- und Kreativgesellschaft are the two brothers Detlev and Holger Groß. What we share is the diversity of our career and life paths and the creative tension of very different skills, viewpoints and experiences resulting from this. These lie in the strategic communication with interest groups as well as the approach of getting dialogue processes under way in a target-oriented manner. Grosz Brothers understand the meaning of conflict and crisis management as solution management in order to give the respective challenges a direction.


Holger Groß, born in 1965, holds a Diploma in Business Administration and studied Economic Sciences at the Free University of Berlin .

Following his studies, he initially worked for an international management consulting firm for several years. After that, he was co-founder and managing shareholder of own consulting firms and an interim management company. His consulting activities focus on the areas of strategy, restructuring / rehabilitation and the mentoring of company succession solutions. As an interim manager, he worked at management and board level.

Holger Groß is a Book Publisher, he writes as an author and co-author and is interview partner for selected magazines and newspapers.



Detlev Groß
, born in 1962, holds a Diploma in Political Science and studied at the Free University of Berlin. He worked as assistant of a member of the German Bundestag, in the Federal Foreign Office and in various ministries of a federal state. His fields of work included the areas of communication (speechwriter, public relations work, education) and specialist topics of the foreign policy of the Federal Republic of Germany.

In addition to that, he has years of experience in honorary functions in local politics. Since his earliest youth, he has a passion for music, which he actively lives out as a composer of songs and texts until today.

Rüdiger Leib, born in 1958, is a qualified bank clerk, studied Economic Sciences at the University of Bayreuth and acquired a Diploma in Business Administration. He disposes of many years of professional experience and worked at internationally operating industrial enterprises in top management functions.

His areas of focus lie in corporate management and controlling, in finance solutions as well as in innovation management. Mr Leib founded a start-up company in 2006 together with scientists at Fraunhofer IZM.
