Building on a seriously practised systematic stakeholder management, a targeted dialogue with stakeholders can have an impact well into the respective business world. In reality, the communication with stakeholders is largely reduced to credit providers, equity holders or media representatives. The stakeholder network is, however, much more extensive: as a matter of principle, it includes all individuals or groups who influence the achievement of corporate objectives or are influenced thereby. In fact, the stakeholder communication involves the legitimacy of entitlements and the building of confidence by means of open and honest communication.

We are experienced in dealing with communication – in form of speech, written words or images. And we are familiar with the recipients of communication. The earlier a solid and established communication with relevant stakeholders takes place, the chances increase to obtain backing for ones positions even in critical situations.
